http://www.joblo.com Deadpool hoax, Spider-Man, Suicide Squad & more - Comic Book Movie Minute (Jan 2nd)

Greetings to all you marvelous super people out there in the extended universe! Welcome to The Comic Book Movie Minute. (…which includes the MCU, the DCEU and more! So nobody feels left out.) In this weekly video series, we round up all the important comic book movie related news from the previous week to get you caught up on everything happening in the world of movies based on comic books through January 2nd, 2017. The week started out just like an other week, until we got news of DEADPOOL having a cameo in LOGAN! Yes, we all geeked out a little but in the back of our minds we all thought, "That won't fit with LOGAN's tone but it will still be awesome." And yes, it was too good to be true. Soon after we all learned that it was simply a hoax. We all know this is the end of Hugh Jackman’s reign as the clawed one, but what else is happening in with the X-Men? Recently Magneto himself, actor Michael Fassbender has said that he has “no idea what’s happening next with the franchise to be honest.” That make two of us, Mr. Fassbender. Plus a new international SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING trailer was released. Check it out if you are interested in seeing Senior Stark and Senior Parker speak in a Spanish tongue. Also we got word that a young George Lucas has joined CW’s LEGENDS OF TOMORROW with an episode involving a time traveling mishap that results in George Lucas quitting film school and never making STAR WARS… this creates a butterfly effect of disastrous proportions because The Atom was inspired to become an engineer because of STAR WARS. Not to mention The Rock hung out with Henry Cavill on Christmas to tease a little Black Adam/Superman action on his Instagram and congratulations to SUICIDE SQUAD for being at the top of the home video charts! So much is happening when it comes to comic books movies nowadays, stay tuned right here to discover all the super awesomeness that is The Comic Book Movie Minute.
